John B. Barrett is pleased to announce that, after forty years of legal practice, he is retiring from the full-time practice of law. As of February 1, 2026, John will be “of counsel” with the Law Office of Christine Tree, working with her on a part-time basis. Attorney Tree has practiced law for over 30 years and has significant experience in wills, trusts, estates, estate planning, real estate and zoning law. Although her primary office is at 515 Main Street, Fitchburg, she will be establishing a satellite office here, in Townsend, at our current office location of 241 Main Street, 1st Floor.
